WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R9-a(S) adopted on October 12, 2016 the Municipal Council supported the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement for the 4th Ironbound Multi-Cultural Festival - "Celebrate Newark" at Edison Parking Corporation, 110 Edison Place 1st Floor, Newark, New Jersey 07102, on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. and Saturday, October 15, through Sunday, October 23, 2106 from 12:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the beneficiary, Newark Warehouse Redevelopment Company, LLC, that the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement for the 4th Ironbound Multi-Cultural Festival - "Celebrate Newark" scheduled for Friday, October 14, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. and Saturday, October 15, through Sunday, October 23, 2106 from 12:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. be amended to reflect the exact event dates and timeframe.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
