WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-d, adopted on September, 2014, the Municipal Council authorized the Mayor and/or his designee, the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development, to enter into and execute an agreement with St. Mark Unified Freewill Baptist Church, 669-671 So. Eleventh St., Newark, New Jersey 07103, for the private sale and redevelopment of the following City-owned properties ("Redevelopment Agreement"), for the total purchase price of $38,836.00:
