WHEREAS, on September 21, 2016 the Purchasing Director entered into Emergency Contract #E2016-12 with Dejana Industries Inc., 30 Sagamore Hill Drive, Port Washington, New York 11050, to provide street sweeping services in the South, North, East and Central Wards for the period of July 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016; and
WHEREAS, on January 19, 2017 the Municipal Council adopted Resolution 7R1-l (AS) authorizing the Mayor, and/or his designee, the Business Administrator and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works to execute an extension of Emergency Contract #E2016-12 with Dejana Industries, Inc., 30 Sagamore Hill Drive, Port Washington, New York 11050, to continue providing...
