WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R8-c(as), adopted on February 1, 2017, the Municipal Council supported the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement for a Community Meeting at Dr. William H. Horton Elementary School, 291 North 7th Street, Newark, New Jersey 07107, (Cafeteria or Auditorium and Restrooms), on Thursday, February 9, 2017 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R8-d(as), adopted on February 15, 2017, the Municipal Council supported the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement for a Community Meeting at Dr. William H. Horton Elementary School, 291 North 7th Street, Newark, New Jersey 07107, (Cafeteria or Auditorium and Restrooms), on Thursday, February 22, 2017 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, due to inclement weather and circumstances beyond the Councilman's control the meetings were postponed and it is requested that a new Hold Harmless Agreement be issued with the rescheduled dates from Wednesday, February 22, 2017 to Thursday, March 16, 2017, between ...
