Directing the Department of Economic and Housing Development to provide the following information for the sale of private properties:
1. The dollar amount in the spreadsheet presented to the Council during the December 6, 2017 council meeting
2. The status of the property discussed for items 7R2-b and 7R2-c
3. Current properties that have closed but yet to begin rehabilitation
4. Provide spreadsheet regarding the sale of properties sold in 2017 and their current status
5. Provide any new initiative regarding the sale process to individuals
6. Provide a listing with dollar amounts of developers who have contributed to the EHD trust fund
7. Provide a copy of the private certificate of formation and the registered partners
