WHEREAS, by Resolution 7R9-a adopted on October 23, 2024, the Municipal Council authorized the acceptance of grant funding in the amount of One Million, Six Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Four Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,657,194.00) from the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness for approved projects from the FY24 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI-Local Share) Grant Program, a federal grant program; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 7R9-b adopted on September 9, 2026, the Municipal Council authorized the acceptance of additional grant funding in the amount of One Million, Five Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,556,000.00) from the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness for approved projects from the FY25 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI-Local Share) Grant Prog...
