WHEREAS, the New Jersey Recreation & Park Association, 1 Wheeler Way, Princeton NJ 08540-5915, would like to donate 75 swimsuits and 41 pairs of goggles to the City of Newark. NJRPA understands that some children would love to participate in aquatic programs often do not have the acceptable bathing attire to participate. The swimsuits and goggles have a value of approximately Nine Hundred and Fifty- five Dollars and Zero Cents ($955.00); and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Recreation, Cultural Affairs & Senior Services ("Department") desires to accept the gift of the 75 swimsuits and 41 pairs of goggles and acknowledge the donation; and
