AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XXIII, TRAFFIC, CHAPTER 5, PARKING, STOPPING AND STANDING, GENERALLY, ARTICLE 7, PARKING, STANDING PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN AREAS AT CERTAIN TIMES FOR STREET CLEANING, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, 2000, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED, BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (g) THAT INCLUDES AN ADDITIONAL LIST OF STREETS IN THE WEST WARD.

WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering desires to revise Title 23, Traffic, Chapter 5 Parking, Stopping and Standing, Generally, Article 7, Parking, Standing Prohibited in Certain Areas at Certain Times for Street Cleaning, of the Revised General Ordinances of the City of Newark, New Jersey, 2000, by adding a new subsection (g) that includes an additional list of streets in the West Ward.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
Section 1. That Title 23, Traffic, Chapter 5 Parking, Stopping and Standing, Generally, Article 7, Parking, Standing Prohibited in Certain Areas at Certain Times for Street Cleaning, of the Revised General Ordinances of the City of Newark, New Jersey, 2000, be amended and supplemented by adding a new subsection (g) that includes an additional list of streets in the West Ward:
