WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Annual Parks for People Newark End of Year Celebration, at Louise A. Spencer Elementary School, 66 Muhammad Ali Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07108 (Cafeteria with Kitchen and Restrooms), on Thursday, December 22, 2016 between 3:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by approving the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, 2 Cedar Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, 2 Cedar Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of East Louise A. Spencer Elementary School Cafeteria with Kitchen and Restrooms located at 66 Muhammad Ali Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07108, on Thursday, December 22, 2016 between 3:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M.
