WHEREAS, the State of New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and Economic Opportunity granted the City of Newark (the "City") the following Workforce New Jersey (WFNJ) grant, through the Newark Workforce Development Board (NWDB), for Program Year 2020 (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021); and
WHEREAS, the Program Year 2020 funds must be 75 percent (75%) obligated by December 31, 2020 and it must be fully expended by no later than December 31, 2021; and
WHEREAS, funds will be allocated as follows:
