WHEREAS, an emergency has arisen in Special Item of Appropriation in the amount of $15,000.00 for National Association of County and City Health Officials- NACCHO Program Grant Award, and no adequate provision has been made in the 2017 Temporary Budget for the aforesaid purpose, and N.J.S.A. 40A:4-20 provides for the creation of an emergency appropriation for the same; and
WHEREAS, by a Notice of Award dated October 1, 2016, the Department of Health and Community Wellness' National Accreditation by the Public Health Accreditation Board, awarded the City of Newark a NACCHO Program Grant Award in the amount of $15,000.00, for Services Development of Performance Management System, which will monitor achievement of organizational objectives and develop and implement quality improvement processes for the Ci...
