A motion requesting that the Administration and the Department of Economic and Housing Development institute a professional development training program for Zoning Board members and to remind the members to conduct themselves in a professional level when responding to community concerns during its public meetings; furthermore, requesting that the Department refrain from submitting projects to the Zoning Board until the entire package is completed and information verified.
