Ending the HIV Epidemic project funds accepted by Resolution 7R5-a adopted on July 22, 2020 and revised by Resolution 7R5-a(S) adopted on June 22, 2021. Additional funds were accepted by Resolution 7R5-t adopted on April 10, 2024.

WHEREAS, the City of Newark (hereinafter the "City") desires to continue to provide HIV/AIDS healthcare, supportive and related services to people living with HIV and AIDS in the Newark Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) which is comprised of Essex, Union, Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties; and
