WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R8-d(as) adopted on December 20, 2017, the Municipal Council supported the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement for the Annual Newark Three Kings Children's Celebration at Essex County College Gymnasium, West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, on Friday, January 5, 2018, between 9:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. (Event Time - 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.); and
WHEREAS, the Annual Celebration was rescheduled from Friday, January 5, 2018 to Friday, January 12, 2018 between 9:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. (Event Time - 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.), as a result of inclement weather conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports amending the date of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of the Essex County College, 303 University Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Essex County College Gymnasium, West Market Street, Newark, New Jersey...
