WHEREAS, Resolution 7R9-a (hereinafter, "Resolution"), adopted on August 3, 2016, authorized the Mayor and/or his designee, the Business Administrator to enter into an agreement with and accept from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Green Acres Program matching grant funds in the amount of Eight Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($850,000.00) for the redevelopment and rehabilitation of Jesse Allen Park; and
WHEREAS, there are sections in the Resolution that incorrectly list the Block/Lot designation of Jesse Allen Park as "41-57 Avon Avenue, Block 2592, Lot 1, Central Ward;" and
WHEREAS, the City therefore wishes to amend the Resolution by replacing all appearances of the incorrect block/lot description with the correct Block/Lot description which is: "41-55 Avon Avenue/Block 2583/Lot 44/Central Ward...
