WHEREAS, on August 13, 2019, the City of Newark, through its Purchasing Agent, QPA, advertised to solicit bids for contractors to provide moving, storage, extermination, vacuuming and fumigation services as need in connection with the City's Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program for the Department of Health and Community Wellness ("DHCW"); and
WHEREAS, the Division of Central Purchasing also distributed eighteen (18) bid proposal packages to prospective vendors following the date of advertisement and uploaded the bid package to the City of Newark's bid management to provide broader access and download capability to potential bidders; and
WHEREAS, on August 29, 2019, one (1) bid was received in response to this advertisement; and
