WHEREAS, N.J.S.A 40A:4-60, as amended, provides for cancellations of part, of all of the unencumbered balances in the Budget Appropriations for the 2013 Current Fund, Water Utility Fund, Sewer Utility Fund, Capital Improvement Authorizations including Public and Private Programs and Other Miscellaneous Receivables and Trust Funds; and
WHEREAS, there are no specific claims, commitments, or contracts incurred against the following balances and detail is attached,

2013 Capital Improvement Authorizations
2013Public and Private Programs
2013 Other Miscellaneous Receivables and Reserves

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
