WHEREAS, by Resolution 7R9-a adopted on November 4, 2021, the Municipal Council authorized the acceptance of grant funding in the amount of One Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,729,500.00) and Resolution 7R9-a adopted on October 25, 2022, the Municipal Council authorized the acceptance of grant funding in the amount of (One Million Six Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-One Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,648,221.00) from the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness for approved projects from the FY21 & FY22 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI-Local Share) Grant Program, a federal grant program; and
