Resolution 7R1-a(s) adopted on February 25, 2025 authorized the City of Newark to enter into a contract to provide videotaping, training, and technical assistance to the Municipal Council and the City Clerk's Office in an amount of $300,000
This amendment to Resolution 7R1-a(s) 02/25/2025 authorizes the Office of the City Clerk to utilize contract for videotaping and increases the initial contract amount by $50,000 for a revised contract amount not to exceed $350,000. All other provisions of the original Resolution, as amended, will remain unchanged.
