WHEREAS, on November 7, 2011, the Municipal Council of the City of Newark passed Resolution 7R3-d approving the 2012 annual budget for the Newark Downtown Special Improvement District (Downtown SID) in the amount of $600,000.00; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 7R3-d contained a transcription error thereby requiring that Resolution 7R3-d be rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT;
Resolution 7R3-d approved by the Municipal Council of the City of Newark on November 7, 2011 approving the 2012 annual budget for the Newark Downtown Special Improvement District (Downtown SID) in the amount of $600,000.00 is hereby rescinded and shall have no force or effect.
STATEMENT
This Resolution rescinds Resolution 7R3-d, approved by the Municipal Council of the City of Newark on November 7, 2011.
