WHEREAS, Wali Abdul-Ali Ibn Sayyed Mohammed, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to 7R9-g adopted by the Municipal Council by Resolution dated October 19, 2011; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:9-125, Wali Abdul-Ali Ibn Sayyed Mohammed, must give a bond in such form and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
