Whereas, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting Council Member Augusto Amador Press Conference for Earth Day at East Side High School, 238 Van Buren Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102 on Friday, January 13, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.; and
Whereas, the Municipal Council has indicated its support of this program, which will benefit the children, families and residents of the City of Newark.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY THAT:
1. The City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission agrees to Hold Harmless and Indemnify the Newark Public Schools for any claims arising out of the City of Newark’s use of East Side High School, 238 Van Buren Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102on
Friday, January 13, 2012 between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M.
2. That the City Clerk, on behalf of the Newark Municipal Council shall, forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless Agreement to the Newark Public Schools for their records.
3. A copy of the executed Hold Harmless Agreement drawn by the Insurance Fund Commission shall be filed on the Office of the City Clerk.
