Whereas, Isabelino Figueroa, Jr, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-c, dated January 19, 2012; and
Whereas, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Isabelino Figueroa, Jr. must give a bond in such form and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Constable Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 issued to Isabelino Figueroa, Jr., 515 Mt. Prospect Avenue, 11F, Newark, New Jersey, for a term commencing on January 5, 2012 and ending January 4, 2013, as per Resolution 7R9-c adopted by the Municipal Council on January 19, 2012, be and is hereby approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
