Whereas, Jamil Brewer, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-e 021612 adopted by the Municipal Council; and
Whereas, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40a:9-125, Jamil Brewer must give a bond in such form and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Constable Bond in the amount of $1000.00 issued to Jamil Brewer, 263 Lehigh Avenue, Newark, NJ, for a term commencing on January 19, 2012 and ending on January 18, 2013, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
