A motion requesting that the Police Department provide to the Governing Body, through the Office of the City Clerk, a report on who gave the authority to provide police escort services for a motorcade for candidates campaigning for the April 17, 2012 Newark School Board Election; furthermore, requesting that the Police Department revisit its policy for all police escort services and especially consider charging a fee for political electioneering requests.
