Title: A motion requesting that the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services, Division of Inspections and Enforcement, inform all candidates who ran in the April 17, 2012 Newark School Board Election of City Ordinance 29:22-5, which requires the removal of all political campaign signage within ten (10) days of the event for which the activity was posted, or be fined accordingly. In this regard, the Governing Body has requested that the candidates be given an additional two (2) weeks to comply with the law.
