Whereas, Oliver Richard Mayson, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-b adopted by the Municipal Council onApril 18, 2012; and
Whereas, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Oliver Richard Mayson, must give a bond in such form and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Constable Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 issued to Oliver Richard Mayson, 195 1st Street, Newark, NJ, for a term commencing on April 4, 2012 and ending April 3, 2013, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
The Municipal Council ratifies the acceptance of the bond to April 4, 2012.

This resolution authorizes Oliver Richardson Mayson to a one-year term as Constable in the City of Newark, New Jersey.
