WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R1-h, authorized on September 8, 2011, the Municipal Council authorized the Mayor and/or his designee, the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development to enter into and execute a CDBG Sub-recipient Agreement with International Youth Organization, Inc. (hereafter referred to as the “Sub-recipient”) for the purpose of performing public facilities development/rehabilitation to its facility located at 703 South 12th Street, Newark, NJ 07103, Block 2619, Lot 38 (South Ward), for the term of January 1, 2011 - December 31, 2011, for an amount not to exceed $180,000.00; and
