Whereas, Derrick Wyhidi Smith, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-d adopted by the Municipal Council dated May 2, 1012; and
Whereas, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Derrick Wyhidi Smith, must give a bond in such forma and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Constable Bond in the amount of $1000.00 issued to Derrick Wyhidi Smith, 88 Sanford Place, Newark, NJ, for a term of one year upon adoption of resolution, and is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
