NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:

Section 1. That Section 23:5-1, Parking Prohibited at all Times, of Title 23, Traffic and Parking, of the Revised General Ordinances of the City of Newark, New Jersey, 2000, as amended and supplemented, by amending thereto the following:
No person shall park any vehicle at any time upon any of the following streets, portions of streets or designated points:
Academy Street, both sides, from Broad Street to University Avenue; south side from University Avenue to Martin Luther King Boulevard
Academy Street, north side, beginning at the easterly curbline of Washington Street and extending 156 feet easterly therefrom
Academy Street, north side, between Colden Street and Summit Street
Academy Street, north side, from Broad Street to Halsey Street; south side, from Broad Street to University Avenue
Adams Street, west side, beginning 196 feet north of the northerly curbline of Lafayette Street and extending 69 feet northerly therefrom
Alling Street, both sides, from Market Street to Edison Place
Ann Street, north side, beginning at the westerly curbline of Wilson Avenue and extending 75 feet westerly therefrom
Arlington Street, west side, from Court Street to Market Street
