WHEREAS, the Municipal Council of the City of Newark, New Jersey wishes to express support for the inquiries and initiatives directed to the North Jersey District Water Supply Commission (NJDWSC) as expressed in this letter known as Appendix A to this resolution,
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council needs to communicate its official position to the NJDWSC regarding certain water matters,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Municipal Council endorses the contents of Appendix A and directs that Public Works Management, LLC proceeds accordingly to the contents of this letter.
