WHEREAS, The Newark Municipal Council introduced the 2012 Municipal Budget of the City of Newark on July 13, 2012; and
WHEREAS, The Newark Municipal Council wishes to amend the introduced budget .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The 2012 Municipal Budget of the City of Newark is hereby amended to the schedule attached to this resolution.
Certified copy of this resolution must be submitted to the Division of Local Government by the Newark City Clerk.
