Whereas, Michael Lewis has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-h adopted at the September 6, 2012 meeting; and
Whereas, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Michael Lewis, must give a bond in such form and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Constable Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 issued to Michael Lewis, 151 Mapes Avenue, Newark, New Jersey, for a term from date of adoption to the expiration of the bond, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
