WHEREAS, Shadid J. Webb, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-B adopted at the September 19, 2012, Newark Municipal Council Meeting; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Shadid J. Webb, must give a bond in such form and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by theCorporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Constable Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 issued to Shadid J. Webb, 54 Vermont Avenue, Newark, New Jersey, 07106 for a term from the date of adoption to the expiration of the bond, September 18, 2013, is approved as to form, sufficiency and amount.
