NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT
For Calendar Year 2013 the following scheduled days shall be considered as paid holidays.
January 1 New Years Day
January 21 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday (Observed)
February 12 Lincoln's Birthday
February 18 Washingtons Birthday (Observed)
March 29 Good Friday
May 27 Memorial Day (Observed)
July 4 Independence Day
