WHEREAS, Pablo Marrero, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-F at the Municipal Council Meeting held on October 17, 2012; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Pablo Marrero, must give a three (3) year bond in such form and amount prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Constable Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 issued to Pablo Marrero, 234-236 Grafton Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, for a three (3) year term, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
STATEMENT
This resolution ratifies, authorizes and approves the form, amount and sufficiency of the Constable Bond for Pablo Marrero.
