WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting Rehearsals and Performances by Trilogy: An Opera Company of an Opera “Papa Doc” at Science Park High School, 260 Norfolk Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103 (Auditorium and Stage), on February 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 2013 - Rehearsals Hours: from 3:15 P.M. until 10:00 P.M and Saturday, February 23, 2013 - Performance Hours: from 8:00 P.M. until 11:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by approving this Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement with the Newark Public Schools, 2 Cedar Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission agrees to Hold Harmless and Indemnify the Newark Public Schools for any claims arising out of the Trilogy, an Opera Company’s use of Science Park High School, 260 Norfolk Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103 (Auditorium and Stage) on February 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 2013 - Rehearsals Hours: from 3:15 P.M. until 10:00 P.M and Saturday, February 23, 2013 - Performa...
