Whereas, David Otis Carter, has been appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-d adopted at the January 16, 2013, regular Municipal Council meeting; and
Whereas, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, David Otis Carter, must give bond in such form and amount as prescribed by the Governing Body and approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Constable Bond in the amount of $1000.00 issued to David Otis Carter,61-4th Street, Newark, New Jersey 07107, for a period of three (3) years from the date of the Constable Bond to its expiration whichever occurs first, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
