WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting a Financial Aid Information Session (sponsored by Council Member Anibal Ramos, Jr.) at the Newark Housing Authority’s Waterfront, 2 Grafton Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Saturday, May 11, 2013, between 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by approving the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of the Newark Housing Authority, 500 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of the Newark Housing Authority, 500 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark’s use of the Newark Housing Authority’s Waterfront, 2 Grafton Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, for a Financial Aid Information Session (sponsored by Council Member Anibal Ramos, Jr.) on Saturday, May 11, 2013, between 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.
