Whereas, Heberto Anthony Canon, was appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-a adopted at the April 3, 2013 Regular Municipal Council meeting; and
Whereas, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Heberto Anthony Canon must give a bond within thirty (30) days of the initial adoption of the resolution of appointment, in such form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Constable Bond, in the amount of $1,000.00 issued to Heberto Anthony Canon, 474 Summer Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
