WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-19 the Municipal Council of the City of Newark, New Jersey; adopted Resolution #7R1-q dated February 6, 2013, to provide temporary funds for the period of January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013, until the adoption of the Operating Budget of the City of Newark, New Jersey; and #7R1-d dated February 28, 2013 to provide temporary funds for the period of April 1, 2013 through April 30, 2013, and Resolution 7R1-l dated March 28, 2013 to be considered and adopted at its scheduled meeting on May 15, 2013, to provide funds for the period of May 1, 2013 through May 31, 2013 until the adoption of the Operating Budget of the City of Newark, New Jersey; and
WHEREAS, additional appropriations will be required for the Sewer Utility from June 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013, until the adoption of the 2013 Operating Budget; and
