WHEREAS, Derrick Butler, was appointed as a Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-a adopted at the April 17, 2013 Regular Municipal Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Derrick Butler must give a bond within thirty (30) days of the initial adoption of the resolution of appointment, for approval as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Constable Bond, in the amount of $1,000.00 issued to Derrick Butler, 19 Lyons Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07112, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
