WHEREAS, on June 19, 2013 the Municipal Council of the City of Newark approved by ordinance 6PSF-a, a lease agreement between the City of Newark and ASPIRA, INC the premises commonly known as 195-205 Bloomfield Avenue BLOCK 536, LOT 1, Newark, New Jersey,  for the sum of one (1) dollar per year, and
WHEREAS, THE Newark Municipal Council wishes to withdraw this authorization.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
  1. Ordinances 6PSF adopted by the Newark Municipal Council on June 19, 2013 is hereby repealed in its entirety
  2. The repeal of this ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
STATEMENT
The purpose of this ordinance is to repeal in its entirety a lease agreement between the City of Newark and ASPIRA, INC for 195-205 Bloomfield Avenue.
