WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-D, authorized on September 6, 2012, the Municipal Council authorized the Mayor and/or his designee, the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development to enter into and execute a Fair and Open Agreement with Newark School of the Arts, Inc., (the "Entity") for the period of January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, for the amount of $125,000.00, for the purpose of providing physical rehabilitation services to its facility located at 89 Lincoln Park, Newark, New Jersey 07102 ("Agreement"); and
