WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-A 091912, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic & Housing Development on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark to enter into and execute a fair and open agreement with Catholic Charities of the Archdioceses of Newark - St. Rocco's for the purpose of providing physical rehabilitation services to its facility located at 368 South 7th Street, Newark, New Jersey 07107 from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $81,800.00; and
