AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23:11-3, TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATIONS BASED ON DESIGNATED TRAFFIC SIGNAL PLAN, OF TITLE 23, TRAFFIC AND PARKING, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, 2000, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED, BY ADDING ADDITIONAL AND RECONSTRUCTED INTERSECTIONS.

WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, desires to add newly reconstructed signalized intersections to this Ordinance in order to comply with The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, the New Jersey Title 39 of the Revised Statutes and the New Jersey Administrative Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
Section 1. That Section 23:11-3, Traffic Signal Installations Based on Designated Traffic Signal Plan, of Title 23, Traffic and Parking, of the Revised General Ordinances of the City of Newark, New Jersey, 2000, as amended and supplemented, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following intersections:
