WHEREAS, Eleazar Alfredo Irizarry, was appointed Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-b, July 3, 2013, Regular Municipal Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, Eleazar Alfredo Irizarry, must give a bond within thirty (30) days of the initial adoption of the resolution of appointment, in such form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
The Constable Bond, in the amount of $1,000.00 issued to Eleazar Alfredo Irizarry, 236 Second Street, Newark, New Jersey 07107, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
STATEMENT
This resolution hereby authorizes Eleazar Alfredo Irizarry, to serve as Constable in the City of Newark, New Jersey, for a period of three (3) years.
