WHEREAS, David Carter, was appointed Constable pursuant to Resolution 7R9-c, June 19, 2013, Regular Municipal Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-125, David Carter, must give a bond within thirty (30) days of the initial adoption of the resolution of appointment, in such form and legality by the Corporation Counsel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
- The Constable Bond, in the amount of $1,000.00 issued to David Carter, 33-35 Homestead Park, Newark, New Jersey 07108, is approved as to form, amount and sufficiency.
STATEMENT
This resolution hereby approves the constable bond issued to David Carter, appointed to serve as Constable in the City of Newark, New Jersey, for a period of three (3) years.
