WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the 10th Anniversary of the Crowning of Senior Queens in the City of Newark at Casa Seabra, 255 Jefferson Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105, on Thursday, September 12, 2013, between 10:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by approving the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Casa Seabra, 255 Jefferson Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Municipal Council of the City of Newark supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission for the benefit of the Casa Seabra, 255 Jefferson Street, , Newark, New Jersey 07105, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Casa Seabra, 255 Jefferson Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105, on Thursday, September 12, 2013, between 10:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M.
2. That the City Clerk, on behalf of the Newark Municipal Council, shall forward a true copy of the Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement to Casa Seabra, 255 Jefferson Street, Newark, New Jersey 07105, for their records.
