BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY THAT:
Municipal Council Member Luis A. Quintana be and is hereby elected as Municipal Council President at all meetings of the Municipal Council for the term of office and to perform such duties as prescribe by State Statute and City ordinance.
